The DPK dosing unit is a compact, loss-in-weight, precision feeder, suitable for the dosing of small quantities of colour or additives into a flow of base material. The masterbatch or additive to be dosed is contained in a hopper made of a specific transparent shock-resistant acrylic material that makes immediately visible the material contained and the level of load. The hopper is easily removed with no tools for replenishment or additive change.

The precision of this machine is absolute and is guaranteed even on very low rates. The load cell technology and the control algorithm, make DPK immune to vibrations achieving higher dosage precision without risk of overdosing of the additive or masterbatch. The control of this dosing unit is supplied with a simple and intuitive touch screen interface, where it is possible to store and recall the recipes of the products. DPK has Ethernet, RS485 connections and is arranged for MOWIS.
